Use the examples below as a guide to help determine whether your climbing shoes are suitable for repair.

Shoes with worn soles or damaged rands, while the upper remains intact, can often be restored with a resole and, where required, a rand repair. However, shoes with split or torn uppers are generally beyond repair and cannot be accepted.

If you're still unsure after viewing the gallery, you're welcome to submit the form, and we'll assess your shoes before confirming whether they can be repaired.

Before you submit your repair request: We inspect all shoes before any work begins. In some cases, additional repair work may be required (such as stitching, upper repair, etc.). If this applies, we will always confirm the details and costs with you before proceeding. For partner gym drop-offs, a collection and return shipping fee is applied to cover delivery between the gym and our workshop. This will be confirmed with you as part of your repair review before any work begins.

No repair will be carried out without your approval.
